With our front office and lobby renovations complete, DataComm is moving on to Phase Two of our remodeling as we continue to expand our business and add staff.

Soon, our Network and Security Engineering teams will share one new NASA-like Network Operations Center (NOC). With this new cohesion in teams and workspace the NOC Center can support almost twice the technical team members. We’re going high-tech all the way with everything from noise suppression systems to a wall covered in technology. All of this is in conjunction with our new network monitoring systems and support tools to enhance our client’s NOC experience. Things like an on-line ticketing system, new visual and graphical reports, new reporting tools, and private portals for our customers based on the services they use… and more.
