By partnering with some of the world’s most dependable technology providers such as ShoreTel, Cisco, VMware, Microsoft, WatchGuard, Dell, Sophos, Brightmetrics, ZixCorp, Safetica, InSpeed and others, we have added new offerings from data loss prevention, to business intelligence analytics, to disaster recovery options, and new forms of Unified Communications. With these additions and over 33 years’ experience, DataComm is now one of the most reliable providers of managed services for financial and healthcare firms in the southeast United States and a strong competitor throughout the rest of the nation. We have combined DataComm’s strong presence, breadth of services, and substantial years of experience to not only support clients to stay in business but to thrive in an atmosphere of mounting security threats and regulatory standards. Clients familiar to DataComm can identify with our distinguished, pioneering technologies in Intrusion Detection and Prevention, Network Monitoring and Management, firewall monitoring and reporting, event log monitoring, patch management, data backup and disaster recovery services, co-location services, server virtualization, secure file transfer services; hosted e-mail, e-mail encryption, spam filtering and archiving, unified communication options and more. Our ethical hacking offerings have repeatedly been commended for their thorough display and constructive recommendations. However, clients new to the DataComm family can benefit from our latest offerings in IT compliance such as vendor management, policy review, and business continuity management. We have also made investments in improving our team with the inclusion of CISA certified CPAs that are able to offer IT auditing, cybersecurity risk assessments, GLBA reviews, and consulting. With added consulting expertise in areas such as compliance, auditing, and ethical hacking, our clients have more access to best practices and strategic planning to help stay in business, stay ahead of the regulatory standard, and mitigate the liability of security risks. Clients can look forward to a new state-of-the-art colocation site in Atlanta, Georgia, a new website, and new faces on the DataComm team in the near future.
