Brian Boyer
Brian Boyer has led DataComm as President and CEO since 2008, bringing 30+ years of hands-on experience since joining the company in 1989. He previously helped design and support 400+ network systems across thousands of client sites. Under his leadership, DataComm has expanded its managed network and security services, entered new markets, and strengthened its reputation for innovative, compliance-driven solutions. A former radio personality and PMP-certified professional, Brian enjoys the outdoors, fishing, and time with his family.
Brian Boyer
Brian Boyer has served as DataComm’s President and CEO since March 2008, bringing more than three decades of leadership and hands-on technical experience. Joining DataComm in 1989, Brian has held multiple key roles, including Senior Accounts and Project Manager, where he was instrumental in the design, implementation, and support of more than 400 network systems across thousands of client locations throughout the U.S. and Caribbean.
Under Brian’s leadership, DataComm has solidified its reputation as a leader in providing innovative “Power of One” Network Solutions and Managed Services for the financial industry. He has been a driving force behind expanding the company’s managed network and security offerings and extending its reach into new vertical markets across Florida and nationwide.
With a sharp focus on emerging technologies and compliance-driven innovation, Brian ensures that DataComm continues to evolve alongside the ever-changing needs of its clients and the marketplace. His vision and strategic insight have been pivotal in positioning DataComm among Tampa Bay’s fastest-growing companies.
Before his career in technology, Brian worked as an on-air radio personality in North Carolina. He attended Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida, and the University of North Carolina, and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification along with multiple manufacturer product sales certifications.
Outside the office, Brian enjoys spending time outdoors—especially fishing—and cherishes time with his children and grandchildren.
Travis Norris
Travis Norris, Vice President and COO, has been a key part of DataComm since 2001. A USF graduate, he and Brian Boyer purchased the company in 2008, launching a period of significant growth. With deep operational expertise, Travis has driven standardized processes, financial stability, and a collaborative, accountable culture. His “do-it” mindset and focus on practical innovation help teams embrace adaptability and continuous improvement. His leadership continues to strengthen DataComm’s position as a trusted provider of advanced network and managed services.
Travis Norris
Travis Norris, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of DataComm Networks, Inc., has been an integral part of the company since joining in 2001. A proud graduate of the University of South Florida, Travis—along with his business partner, Brian Boyer—purchased DataComm in 2008, ushering in a new era of growth and innovation.
With over two decades of experience at DataComm, Travis combines deep institutional knowledge with a forward-thinking approach to drive operational excellence and sustainable expansion. He has played a pivotal role in standardizing operations, maintaining financial strength, and fostering an employee-focused culture that emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Travis’s leadership philosophy centers on innovation through action. He is deeply committed to identifying and implementing technologies that enhance efficiency, strengthen security, and improve business processes. Known for his “do-it” attitude, Travis inspires those around him to shift their mindset from “Can’t do it” to “Can’t do it yet”—a reflection of his belief in persistence, adaptability, and growth.
Through his energy, vision, and people-first leadership, Travis continues to position DataComm as a trusted provider of cutting-edge network and managed services solutions across industries.
Lee Williams
Lee Williams has been a vital part of DataComm Networks since 1988, serving in roles from cable assembly and order management to sales and project leadership. As Customer Service Manager, he ensures clients receive fast, accurate, and attentive support, earning a reputation as the company’s go-to resource for dependable answers. Known for his attention to detail and commitment to customer care, Lee also supports sales and marketing. He lives in Land O’ Lakes, is active in his church, and enjoys golf, sports, and cheering on the Rays and Buccaneers.
Lee Williams
Lee Williams has been a cornerstone of DataComm Networks since May 1988, bringing more than three decades of experience and dedication to the company. Over the years, Lee has served in a variety of roles—from building cable assemblies and managing orders to leading sales and project management initiatives.
In his current role as Customer Service Manager, Lee interacts with clients every day, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency, professionalism, and care. Known for his meticulous attention to detail, Lee ensures that customers never have to worry about missed renewals or unanswered questions. As a key support to the sales and marketing teams, he is often recognized as DataComm’s “go-to” resource for quick answers and reliable solutions.
Outside of work, Lee lives in Land O’ Lakes, Florida, with his family. He is deeply involved in his church community and enjoys spending his free time playing golf, watching sports, and cheering on the Tampa Bay Rays and Buccaneers.
Scott Crawford
Scott Crawford joined DataComm Networks in 2007 and brings 35+ years of IT experience spanning system design, implementation, and management of complex multi-site networks. As a Senior Accounts Manager, he blends deep technical knowledge with a focus on RingCentral and Mitel UX solutions, helping clients enhance communication and collaboration. A Tampa Tech graduate who also attended Edinboro University, Scott lives in Tampa with his wife, daughter, and their chocolate lab.
Scott Crawford
Scott Crawford joined DataComm Networks in 2007 and brings more than 35 years of experience in the information technology industry. His extensive background spans system design, implementation, and the management of complex, multi-location corporate networks.
As a Senior Accounts Manager, Scott combines his deep technical expertise with a strong focus on RingCentral and Mitel UX solutions, helping clients optimize communication and collaboration across their organizations. His ability to align advanced technologies with customer needs has made him a trusted advisor and strategic partner to DataComm’s clients.
Scott attended Edinboro University and is a graduate of Tampa Tech. He resides in Tampa, Florida, where he enjoys spending time with his wife, their daughter, and the family’s newest addition—a chocolate lab.
Don Steele
Don Steele brings over 40 years of sales and marketing expertise to DataComm Networks, where he’s been instrumental in its evolution from a small cable assembly operation to a full-service systems integrator. Before joining DataComm, he served as VP of National Expansion at Telecredit (now part of FIS), leading a record-setting month with 10,000 new accounts. A USC business graduate, Don is known for his strategic vision, strong client focus, and dedication to helping organizations use technology to achieve real results.
Don Steele
Don Steele is a seasoned sales and marketing professional with over four decades of experience in the technology industry. Joining DataComm Networks more than 40 years ago, Don has played a pivotal role in the company’s transformation from a small cable assembly business into the full-service systems integration powerhouse it is today.
Before joining DataComm, Don served as Vice President of National Expansion at Telecredit (now part of Fidelity Information Services), where he led a record-setting sales effort that achieved 10,000 new accounts in a single month. His strategic vision, leadership, and dedication to client success have made him an indispensable part of DataComm’s long-term growth and continued innovation.
Don holds a business degree from the University of Southern California. His career is defined by a deep commitment to customer relationships, operational excellence, and helping organizations leverage technology to achieve measurable results.
Miguel Rosado
Miguel Rosado has been with DataComm since its founding over 40 years ago, helping shape the company’s early operations and culture of excellence. With expertise in quality control, design, and database inventory management, he set the standards and processes that supported DataComm’s growth from a custom cable provider to a full systems integration and managed services company. His long-standing commitment to precision, innovation, and teamwork continues to influence operations and uphold DataComm’s reputation for quality and reliability.
Miguel Rosado
Miguel Rosado has been with DataComm Networks since its founding more than 40 years ago. From the beginning, Miguel played a critical role in shaping DataComm’s operational foundation and culture of excellence.
With expertise in quality control, design, and database inventory management, Miguel established the standards and processes that guided the company’s early success. His leadership and technical skill set the tone for generations of employees as DataComm expanded its capabilities—from a niche provider of custom computer cables for large mainframes to the comprehensive systems integration and managed services provider it is today.
Miguel’s enduring commitment to precision, innovation, and teamwork continues to influence DataComm’s operations and uphold the company’s long-standing reputation for quality and reliability.
Michael Boyer
Mike Boyer joined DataComm in 2013 as a Physical Security Specialist, designing and installing advanced surveillance and access control systems. He later expanded into the Mitel Team, supporting multiple levels of the Mitel Unified Communications Platform. Now NOC Manager, he oversees network reliability, security, and incident response while leading a team focused on proactive support. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran and Operation Iraqi Freedom deployer, Mike holds an IT degree and a project management certification. He enjoys time with his wife and three boys.
Michael Boyer
Mike Boyer joined DataComm Networks in the spring of 2013 as a Physical Security Specialist, bringing years of experience designing and installing advanced security solutions—including video surveillance, access control, and loss prevention systems. His strong technical foundation and dedication to operational excellence led him to take on expanded roles within the company, including serving on DataComm’s Mitel Team, where he installed and supported multiple levels of the Mitel Unified Communications Platform.
Today, Mike serves as NOC Manager, where he oversees the Network Operations Center, ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of client networks. He is responsible for coordinating technical resources, managing incident response, and leading his team in delivering proactive, high-quality support. His technical expertise and leadership continue to make him an invaluable part of DataComm’s managed services operations.
Before joining DataComm, Mike proudly served eight years in the United States Marine Corps, receiving extensive technical, security, and combat training, and was deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2006.
Mike holds a degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix as well as a Project Management certification. Outside of work, he spends his free time with his wife and three boys and their various extracurricular activities.
Cody Boyer
Cody Boyer is Business Development Manager at DataComm Networks, where he leads strategic partnerships and revenue growth initiatives. Since joining the company in 2016, he has helped expand DataComm’s managed services and security offerings while strengthening relationships across technology partners and regulated markets. With expertise spanning AI-driven solutions, network engineering, VOIP/UCaaS, cloud computing, and managed security services, Cody bridges technical solutions with business strategy. As an entrepreneur/Business owner, former University of South Florida Student Body President, and Hospital Systems IT admin, he brings a customer-first mindset and operational discipline to every engagement. He enjoys sunshine and the outdoors, and is also active in community service through organizations like American Cancer Society.
Cody Boyer
Cody Boyer leads business development and strategic partnerships at DataComm Networks, bringing a strong background in organizational development, entrepreneurship, and scalable growth. Since joining DataComm in 2016, he has played a key role in expanding revenue, strengthening partner relationships, and positioning the company’s managed services and security offerings across regulated and commercial markets.
With expertise spanning leadership in business development, international business, corporate partnerships, sales oversight, market analysis, and go-to-market strategy, Cody bridges technical solutions with business outcomes. His knowledge includes AI-driven solutions, network engineering and design, VOIP/UCaaS, cloud computing, data storage, banking and Hospital IT systems, and managed security services. He is a frequent presenter at industry conferences and maintains strong relationships with technology partners and industry influencers.
Before DataComm, Cody built a diverse foundation through roles at Moffitt Cancer Center in hospital systems (both clinical and IT), worked with SMBs in HVAC and lawn maintenance, served his University via public office, and owned & operated multiple ‘blue collar’ small businesses—including an auto detailing company and a lawn maintenance and landscaping business. These experiences shaped his hands-on leadership style, operational discipline, and customer-first mindset.
Cody holds a Bachelor of Arts in Entrepreneurship from the University of South Florida, where he served as Student Body President and managed a $3.6 million government budget. He is active in community service, including leadership and volunteer work with the American Cancer Society, and continues to advocate for innovation, collaboration, and purposeful growth both inside and outside the workplace.
