			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>With an effective date of June 15, 2011, The Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE) No. 16 replaced the SAS 70 as the authoritative guidance for reporting on service organizations by the Auditing Standards Board of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).</p>
<p>To ensure operational integrity and maintain necessary regulatory compliance as a service organization for our customers, DataComm has successfully completed the comprehensive SSAE 16 SOC1 Type II internal control audit.</p>
<p>By maintaining the SSAE16 SOC1 Type II certification, our goal, as a service provider, is to deliver the assurance to our customers and prospects that we meet or exceed an extensive list of controls in both our business and technical operations. The SSAE16 SOC1 Type II certification reduces the need for our customers to build certain controls into their IT infrastructure in order to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley 404 (SOX) and Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA).</p>
<p>As part of the audit process, DataComm’s systems and processes undergo extensive evaluation and testing, including: security monitoring, change management, system development life cycles, backup controls, physical and environmental safeguards, logical as well as physical access and other criteria.</p>
<p>Given the substantial costs associated with non-compliance with SOX and GLBA, the SSAE16 SOC1 Type II audit compliance should be part of every organization’s checklist when evaluating third party service providers. <p>Soon, our Network and Security Engineering teams will share one new NASA-like Network Operations Center (NOC). With this new cohesion in teams and workspace the NOC Center can support almost twice the technical team members. We&#8217;re going high-tech all the way with everything from noise suppression systems to a wall covered in technology. All of this is in conjunction with our new network monitoring systems and support tools to enhance our client&#8217;s NOC experience. Things like an on-line ticketing system, new visual and graphical reports, new reporting tools, and private portals for our customers based on the services they use&#8230; and more.</p>

<p>This position is for a results-driven, money-motivated self-starter, responsible for selling Converged Voice and Data Communications systems in Tampa (Central Florida), FL. Will be responsible for developing our local client base through prospecting, networking, cold calling, vertical selling, targeting national accounts, Medium and/or small business. </p>
<p>Must have proven record of meeting sales quotas at current/prior positions and have knowledge of similar products and industries. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>At the Land O&#8217; Lakes Congo River Putt-putt golf course, a Crazy Hole is where all players putt while doing something crazy, like putting with one hand, standing on one leg or putting with the opposite hand. All “holes in one” at this hole were entered into a drawing.</p>
<p>DataComm was proud to sponsor the Land O’ Lakes Boys Golf Team Tournament on Saturday, November 12th to help raise funds for the purchase of new team golf bags and other team items.</p>
<h4>About Land O’ Lakes High School Athletic Booster Club</h4>
<p>The Land O’ Lakes High School Athletic Booster Club was formed by community minded people with a desire to support the athletic sports activities at LOLHS, promote school spirit, and instill pride in our school and community. Fundraisers are used to purchase needed equipment and supplies, as well as to award annual scholarships to male and female athletes to help defray college expenses.</p>
<p>The Booster Club is organized with individual support clubs for each sport under the general direction of the club’s board of directors. The individual clubs have greater freedom to support their athletes and encourage more parents to become involved with their child’s sport.</p>

Responsible for supporting network-based activities, including <strong>planning and installation of new VoIP systems, related networking hardware and</strong><strong> </strong>resolving complex client related problems remotely and onsite.</p>
<p><strong> </strong><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>

<li>Experience with VOIP phone systems, Shoretel (preferred), Cisco, Mitel, Avaya, or Inter-tel.</li>
<li><strong>Experience with layer 2 Switching</strong><strong></strong></li>
<li>Skilled in Cisco IOS, QOS, OS, MQC, IP SLA Monitor commands and features.<strong></strong></li>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>We are seeking a talented Systems/Sales Engineer with VoIP, Virtualization and Unified Communications Integration experience for a full-time position located in Tampa, FL.</strong></p>
<p>The qualified candidate will interact with customers to execute the technical aspects of the sales strategy by developing appropriate solutions and building technical relationships. The Sales Engineer will focus ambiguous customer needs into specific, deliverable requirements and solutions to help qualify and quantify opportunities. This includes resolving resolves technical issues arising during the sales engagement, helps clients define specifications and requirements, develops solutions, and provides technology presentations to both technical and management-level audiences.</p>
<p>Qualified candidates will possess multiple years of experience in the communications and/or network industry in a sales-oriented, technical design and engineering role, with an emphasis on integration of IP-based networks, virtualization, communications and mobility solutions.</p>

<p><strong> <strong>Qualifications:</strong></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Author and deliver network designs, statements of work and technical project plans incorporating service and program management activities.</li>
<li>Complete assigned RFP/RFI/RFQ responses for assigned accounts Experience with VOIP phone systems, Shoretel (preferred), Cisco.</li>
<li>Possess strong presentation skills, with the ability to develop and deliver technical presentations with customers and tailor content to audience as appropriate.</li>
<li>Translate customer business issues/opportunities into technical solution/business requirements.</li>
<li>Serve as a deal architect for multi-faceted, multi-technology solutions.</li>
<li>An understanding of pricing structures and associated elements including Service Level Agreements (SLAs).</li>
<li>Possess a solid understanding of the competitive landscape and have the ability to clearly articulate the technical differentiation and value proposition associated with DataComm Networks versus its competitors.</li>
<li>As a Subject Matter Expert in a given technology, should be able to address customer opportunities in the domain of expertise the vast majority of the time.</li>
<li>Achieve mastery (Technical, Product, Competitive, Industry knowledge, Sales Acumen and Presentation Skills) of DataComm’s solutions offerings.</li>
<li>Train Sales and Account Executives on technical concepts, features, and capabilities of data products.</li>
<li>Conduct sales focused trainings to customer groups to drive technical product sets into new and existing accounts.</li>
<li>Provide technical expertise to Marketing and Training teams during rollout of new data services or enhancements to existing offerings.</li>
<li>Act as technical liaison between post sales implantation groups, engineering and sales teams.</li>
<li>Act as liaison to marketing group for data technical information on new or existing technologies and product development.</li>
<li>Prepare, complete and present all pre-sales paperwork to engineering team for customer implementation.</li>
<li>Requires working and functional knowledge of desktop and server systems, storage area networks, backup and restore environments, business continuity, VoIP, and security best practices.</li>
<li>Accountable for timely and appropriate response to requests for information that meet or exceed expectations.</li>
<li>5 years of experience in a Technical Systems or Sales Engineering capacity.</li>
<li>Four year degree in Computer Science from an accredited institution or equivalent experience preferred.</li>
<li>Professional certification Preferred, such as Shoretel, MCSE, CCNA, CCVP, CCNP or equivalent experience.</li>
</ul>
