  • Service Dispatch Coordinator

    We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer service professional with great people and voice skills. In addition, possess an excellent work ethic, a positive business attitude, and self-confidence as a talented Service Dispatch Coordinator to answer incoming calls, collect information and prioritize incoming service requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related technologies.

    This position is for a highly motivated, detailed oriented, exceptionally organized self-starter, responsible for maintaining the dispatch board and technician’s daily/weekly work schedules, dispatching all incoming support requests and managing appropriate follow up to insure customers are serviced in a timely manner by providing job status reports to sales and management as requested. General knowledge of Information Technology, Managed Services, and LAN networking is required. Prior experience in a Managed Technology Services company is a plus.

    The position requires the ability to independently suggest and implement ways to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and customer service of the technical department.

  • Windows Server Support Engineer

    We are seeking an experienced Windows Server Support Engineer with Exchange 2010/13, Server 2008/12, SQL 2014, VMware and Remote Desktop Services experience for a full-time position located in Tampa, FL.

    The Network Support Engineer is responsible for planning, installation, configuration and operation of networking technology projects for our customers. Must be able to work in a highly dynamic environment, either individually or as part of a team. Responsible for supporting network-based activities, including planning and installation of new hardware and resolving complex client related problems remotely and onsite. Travel is required (up to 25%).

  • Pre-Sales Systems Engineer

    We are seeking a talented Systems/Sales Engineer with VoIP, Virtualization and Unified Communications Integration experience for a full-time position located in Tampa, FL.

    The qualified candidate will interact with customers to execute the technical aspects of the sales strategy by developing appropriate solutions and building technical relationships. The Sales Engineer will focus ambiguous customer needs into specific, deliverable requirements and solutions to help qualify and quantify opportunities. This includes resolving resolves technical issues arising during the sales engagement, helps clients define specifications and requirements, develops solutions, and provides technology presentations to both technical and management-level audiences.

    Qualifications:

    • Author and deliver network designs, statements of work and technical project plans incorporating service and program management activities.
    • Complete assigned RFP/RFI/RFQ responses for assigned accounts Experience with VOIP phone systems, Shoretel (preferred), Cisco.
    • Possess strong presentation skills, with the ability to develop and deliver technical presentations with customers and tailor content to audience as appropriate.

    • Act as technical liaison between post sales implantation groups, engineering and sales teams.
    • Act as liaison to marketing group for data technical information on new or existing technologies and product development.
    • Prepare, complete and present all pre-sales paperwork to engineering team for customer implementation.
    • Requires working and functional knowledge of desktop and server systems, storage area networks, backup and restore environments, business continuity, VoIP, and security best practices.
    • Accountable for timely and appropriate response to requests for information that meet or exceed expectations.
    • 5 years of experience in a Technical Systems or Sales Engineering capacity.
    • Four year degree in Computer Science from an accredited institution or equivalent experience preferred.
    • Professional certification Preferred, such as Shoretel, MCSE, CCNA, CCVP, CCNP or equivalent experience.
